For marketing and creative agencies
The work is fine. It’s everything around it.
The revisions never stop at three
You sold three rounds. You are on round six, because saying no costs a conversation you do not want to have with a client who pays you monthly. The scope was clear when you sold it, and became unclear the moment work started.
What you sold
Three rounds of revision, priced into the package.
What you delivered
Three more, at no extra charge, because refusing each one costs a conversation you would rather not have.
And two more that cost you quietly
A retainer only earns if somebody invoices it
Miss a month and nobody mentions it — not the client, and not your bank. You find out much later, in a quiet month, when you go looking for money you assumed had already come in.
Clients keep asking you to resend things
Work goes out as attachments. Six months later a client wants the source file, the campaign report, the invoice from March — and finding any of it means scrolling back through a chat on your phone.
Sell the work as a package, and most of this stops being a decision you make each time.
What is included, what an extra costs, when the invoice goes out, what happens if it is not paid — all of it agreed once, when you are calm, rather than argued case by case when you are busy.
What changes
Rounds of revision stop being a negotiation
You set how many are included when you build the package, and what an extra one costs. When the client asks for another, the number is already agreed and already priced — nobody has to be the difficult one. Sell Basic with two rounds and Premium with five, and the difference between your tiers is something a client can actually see.
Retainers invoice themselves
The invoice goes out on the date, whether or not you remembered. If it is not paid, reminders go before and after the due date on a schedule you set once, and a late fee applies if you want one. An unpaid account can pause the work automatically — which turns an awkward conversation into a policy you agreed at the start.
Everything a client needs is in one place they can reach
Their invoices, their files, their approvals, the history of what they asked for. On your own domain, under your own logo, sending from your own address — so it looks like your studio rather than software you bought.
Project work bills in stages
Not every job is a retainer. A rebrand with a deposit, a payment at concept sign-off and the balance on delivery bills as three invoices, in order, as the work is actually finished.
What that looks like
A service, packaged into tiers. Each one says what it includes — rounds of revision among them — so the difference between Basic and Premium is something a client can see before they buy rather than something you explain afterwards.

What it costs
If you are working on your own with a few clients, ten dollars a month. A studio with a small team is nineteen. The pricing page shows what that comes to in your own currency. There is also a free plan with one client that does not expire, so you can put a real client through it before deciding anything.
Your clients pay by card, bank transfer or mobile money, in your currency, into your own payment account. We never touch your money and take no cut of it.
See whether it fits
Two minutes of questions, and an honest answer about whether Packaged suits how you work — including when it does not. No card needed.
